We are the SoftServe Business Systems and we offer a comprehensive Retail Execution and TPx products. It covers all sales processes including retail execution automation instruments, TPO, BI, gamification, telesales and others. The product is tuned to the specific requirements of the large CPG companies.
Our 100 clients include Unilever, JDE, AB InBev Efes Henkel, Nestle, Danone. We had clients from 10 countries in the region and are a market leader in Russia and Ukraine, having installed 50 000 licenses.

Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support of information systems (CRM, ERP systems, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in users training
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Stress-resistance
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian
- Knowledge or experience with MS SQL (or other DBMS)
Be preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or higher
- Knowledge of FMCG market
- Strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Software implementation and support
- Working with users’ requests
- Solving users’ incidents (system crashes, data synchronization issues)
- Installation and Configuration of Central/Desktop/Mobile system versions
- Consulting clients on installation and system functionality
- Participation in internal and external projects
